BTA (Bruce Tait Associates) are delighted to be working with National Trust for Scotland in their search for a Trusts and Foundations Officer.

The Trust is at the beginning of a new organisational strategy. They want to continue to preserve Scotland and its treasures for everyone who shares a love of the country. To do this, they need funds. The Fundraising Team have the target of increasing annual donations to £10 million a year over the next 5 years, from a starting point of around £6 million in 2017.
Over the past year, the Fundraising Team have been revitalised, growing from a team of 3 to 10. They are highly-motivated, talented and passionate and are now looking for a Fundraising Manager – Major Gifts, a Trusts and Foundations Officer and a Fundraising Operations Officer to join them.
The Trusts and Foundations Officer will identify, generate and grow charitable income to underpin the Trust’s work by managing a portfolio of funders and prospects. You will possess excellent relationship management and account management skills and bring a broad knowledge of the heritage funding landscape.
