BTA (Bruce Tait Associates) are delighted to be working with National Trust for Scotland in their search for a Fundraising Operations Officer.

The Trust is at the beginning of a new organisational strategy. They want to continue to preserve Scotland and its treasures for everyone who shares a love of the country. To do this, they need funds. The Fundraising Team have the target of increasing annual donations to £10 million a year over the next 5 years, from a starting point of around £6 million in 2017.
Over the past year, the Fundraising Team have been revitalised, growing from a team of 3 to 10. They are highly-motivated, talented and passionate and are now looking for a Fundraising Manager – Major Gifts, a Trusts and Foundations Officer and a Fundraising Operations Officer to join them.
The Fundraising Operations Officer will improve efficiency across all income streams and provide assistance to the wider team in terms of financial, data and process support. You will bring significant experience of support the fundraising function within a charity setting, along with an eye for detail and strong organisational skills.
