We are seeking a qualified and experienced Financial Controller to lead our finance function and support/deputise for our Chief Financial Officer.
You will be responsible for monthly and annual financial reporting as well as supporting the Senior Management Team with financial analysis for decision-making and monitoring. You will monitor and develop effective financial controls and will lead the finance team, providing guidance and development, ensuring that the finance function is efficient, proactive and drives value within the charity.
You will ideally have experience within the charity sector and have strong technical accounting knowledge as well as experience with Sage. You will have excellent people skills and will be a confident communicator. You will have attention to detail and be able to effectively deal with a number of tasks simultaneously.
