We work with approximately 100 charities each year through BTA consultancy and the same again through BTA Recruitment. Our consultancy offering includes:

Our consultancy business is growing exponentially and we need an exceptional person to support our Joint Chief Executives in this department. The new role of Consultancy Support Officer will manage the cloud based systems we use to manage our consultancy projects, some of which are complex and multi stream. You will be the main liaison with our 40-50 freelance consultants(not all working at once!) and with our clients. You’ll also work closely with the rest of the BTA team, especially our office manager who processes invoices and manages our finances.
