To help bring forward the day that no life is cut short by cancer, the charity is looking for a Supporter Services Manager to lead its front line support services across the organisation, being responsible for delivering service excellence to all customers and supporters. This is a new role with a newly appointed team!
The Supporter Services Manager will have line management responsibility for four Supporter Services Administrators who provide a high level of general and specialist administrative support, delivering a wonderful donor experience and high standards within an innovative and proactive environment, offering support and accurate advice whilst building relationships and maintaining a supporter focus at all times.
You will also have line management responsibility for six Telephone Fundraising Executives who work to individual and team targets by contacting existing or lapsed supporters in order to encourage them to review their existing giving and promote the work of the charity through a range of methods, such as telemarketing, email and live chat.
Having overall responsibility for facilities management and health and safety for the organisation, it is essential this post holder has an Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) qualification. Previous experience and an IOSH qualification are an advantage however the qualification can be gained once in post.
If you have recent leadership experience within a call centre environment, deliver on financial and non-financial KPIs, have developed strategies, can motivate and develop a new team, are dynamic, entrepreneurial and personable this is the role for you!
