BTA (Bruce Tait Associates) are delighted to be working with ILF Scotland in their search for an Operations Administrator.
ILF Scotland is a Scottish Public Body and distributes annual funding of around £55m to support recipients to lead independent lives. The organisation has a staff team of around 45, who provide award management services for approximately 3,100 current fund recipients.
The Operations team are now looking for their new Operations Administrator to provide administrative and secretarial support to the caseworkers. As a member of this team, you will process applications to the fund, data input from applications to the bespoke database. You will be communicating with applicants should there be missing elements to their submission as well as general responsibilities of assisting with office mailing, first port of call for all enquiries in to the office and providing a friendly and informative service to all relevant contacts.
You will be able to prioritise your own workload appropriately, communicate information to potential applicants of the fund and be skilled in accurate data entry and quality checking.

Completion of a Disclosure Scotland check and Scottish Government Baseline Personnel Security Standard is required prior to employment commencing and then every three years.
