BTA (Bruce Tait Associates) are delighted to be working with Mercy Corps in their search for a Fundraising Operations Manager.

The Fundraising team plays a key role in Mercy Corps, generating income and profile raising. They have ambitious goals to increase private fundraising across the UK and continental Europe to support the humanitarian, development and peacebuilding goals of the organisation.
Reporting to the Senior Fundraising Manager, the Fundraising Operations Manager will lead and manage the fundraising operations team which comprises of a Fundraising Operations Officer and Fundraising Operations Assistant. This role has overall responsibility for the database management of all donations and for driving and providing accurate segmented data selections, campaign analysis, ensuring the efficient processing of Gift Aid Claims and a variety of income.
You will be ambitious, with solid experience in managing databases and passionate about humanitarian aid on a global scale. Mercy Corps is looking for positivity, drive and excellence and in exchange offer a fantastic working environment, staff team and benefits package.
