The Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice are building their new home in the beautiful Bellahouston Park, Glasgow. It will offer life enhancing care and support for those living with terminal illness, including young adult patients for the first time.

Their incredible work costs more than £13,000 per day.

The hospice is dedicated to helping people with life limiting illness achieve the best possible quality of life and offers advice and support to their loved ones. Currently located in a Georgian Townhouse in central Glasgow, The Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice began its capital appeal in 2012 to raise funds for a new site within Bellahouston Park which would allow for the expansion of its services. The ‘Brick by Brick’ appeal and the build of the new hospice is now nearing completion thanks to the incredible efforts of its award winning fundraising team. Going forwards, maintaining and growing this income success will be crucial in allowing the hospice to deliver and develop its expanded services.

To support this, The Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice is looking for a Corporate & Events Fundraiser (Maternity Cover) to join its accomplished fundraising team. In this role, you will deliver some of the hospice’s flagship events and forge and develop successful corporate relationships.

You may currently be working in a corporate setting and looking for a change in direction, or be a fundraiser looking to specialise in events and corporate fundraising. You will have excellent event management skills and be a confident communicator and negotiator.
