The good news - we’re living longer than ever. The not so good news - sensory loss comes with age, meaning increasing numbers of us are having to cope with sight loss.
Visibility has been supporting people of all ages with this condition for 160 years and currently touches the lives of 3000 visually impaired people each year. The charity offers a lifeline to those who are frightened, isolated and lonely. It also provides a range of services and equipment to improve their quality of life. It’s an outward looking organisation which adopts best practice from across the world. It is committed to giving its service users a strong voice in terms of shaping its activities, services, project design and delivery.
Visibility is now looking for a new, dynamic and inspirational CEO to take it into the future. Do you have the drive and ambition that the Board is looking for? If you are a senior leader who has taken an organisation from strength to strength, increased its profile and influence while overseeing internal culture and income transformation, then please contact us now.
